The Re+United is a special collaborative release between Ernesto Perez-Carrillo of E.P. Carrillo and Michael Giannini of General Cigar Company.
As its name suggests, the project represents a reunion between two longtime industry veterans. After General Cigar acquired La Gloria Cubana, Perez-Carrillo and Giannini worked together under the same banner. Even after Perez-Carrillo departed to launch E.P. Carrillo, their friendship endured. A chance meeting at a hotel reignited the idea of collaboration—leading to the creation of Re+Unit. Only 1,500 boxes were made.
