Known as La Aurora ADN or DNA Dominican, (ADN is DNA in Spanish), this beautiful cigar is one of the less than a handful of cigars that uses Dominican "andullo" tobacco in the filler. Andullo tobacco is made with cured tobacco leaves that are wrapped tightly in palm tree pods with rope, then hung to ferment for 2 years. Andullo has been smoked in the Dominican Republic as pipe tobacco for more than 500 years, so as the name suggests it is part of the Dominicans' DNA.
