In 1946, Zino Davidoff entertained the idea to launch an innovative cigar line that was created and crafted just like Bordeaux wines. Thus, the legendary line we know as Grand Cru today was born, named in reference to the world of wine.
Wrapped in a silky and almost veinless Ecuadorian wrapper, the Grand Cru with its elegant length treats aficionados to a well-balanced and refined experience with a wooden pre-taste and a nutty finish. The corona's draw is consistently easy and the well-aged and balanced tobaccos create a not-too-dense but considerable amount of smoke.
