Rain City Cigar is committed to providing the highest quality cigars and accessories. Due to the nature of premium tobacco products and compliance regulations, certain return limitations apply. Please review our policy carefully.
This is required for product integrity, safety, and compliance with federal and state tobacco laws.
Rain City Cigar may accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

Once an order has left our stores for pick-up, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return if it meets the criteria above.
