Rain City Cigar proudly ships premium cigars and accessories within the United States. Due to federal, state, and local regulations, certain restrictions and requirements apply, as outlined below.

These products can only be shipped via USPS.
We do not ship Pipe Tobacco, it is only available for pickup.
Weather delays, mechanical delays, fraud checks, and age verification (21+) may delay your order.
Rain City Cigar is not responsible for carrier delays.
Currently Rain City Cigar only allow for in-store pickups.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will be available for pick-up the same day.
Orders placed after 12:01 PM PST will be available for pick-up the next business day.
Rain City Cigar collects sales tax in states where required by law, including:

We do not collect sales tax in:

Rain City Cigar complies with all state tobacco excise tax laws. These taxes may be added automatically at checkout.
Rain City Cigar sells tobacco products only to adults 21 years and older.
We use industry-standard age verification tools and may require government-issued ID.
Adult signature may be required depending on state laws.
